General Description

Black Knight II is a video slot with 5 reels, 4 rows, and 40 fixed paylines. The game's design immerses you in a medieval atmosphere, with a majestic castle in the background and thematic symbols on the reels. The graphics have significantly improved compared to the first version, and the sound design adds dynamism and tension to the gameplay. Bets vary across a wide range, making the slot accessible to both players with a small budget and high rollers.

Mechanics and RTP

Black Knight II features standard slot mechanics: to get a win, you need to collect a combination of three or more identical symbols on an active payline, starting from the leftmost reel. The RTP (Retu to Player) is 95.96%, which is an average indicator for mode slot machines. The slot's volatility is high, meaning that wins may not be frequent but can be quite large. This makes the game particularly attractive for those willing to risk for big prizes.

Symbols:

• Low-paying symbols: Classic card ranks (J, Q, K, A), stylized in a medieval fashion.
• High-paying symbols: Crown, scepter, royal jester, princess, and, of course, the Black Knight himself.
• Wild Symbol: Image of the Black Knight. Substitutes for all other symbols except the scatter to form winning combinations.
• Scatter Symbol: Image of a shield with a coat of arms. Activates the bonus game with free spins.

Paylines:

Black Knight II has 40 fixed paylines. This means all lines are active by default, and you cannot change their number.

Bonus Features

Black Knight II is rich in exciting bonus features that significantly increase your chances of big wins:

• Wild Symbol and Expanding Symbols:

The image of the Black Knight is the wild symbol. When it appears on reels 2, 3, or 4, it not only substitutes for other symbols but also expands to cover the entire reel, tu ing it completely wild. This significantly increases the chances of forming multiple winning combinations.

• Sticky Wild during Free Spins:

This feature is activated during the free spins round. When the wild symbol (Black Knight) appears and expands on reels 2, 3, or 4, it becomes sticky and remains in place until the end of the bonus round. This can lead to very large wins if you are lucky enough to get several sticky wilds.

• Scatter Symbols and Free Spins:

Three or more shield symbols (scatter) anywhere on the reels activate the free spins round. You receive 10 free spins. During free spins, as mentioned, wild symbols become sticky and expanding, making this bonus round incredibly lucrative. Unfortunately, the free spins round cannot be retriggered.

• Multiplier:

Although there isn't an explicit multiplier that applies to wins in the base game, the combination of expanding and sticky wild symbols during free spins effectively acts as a powerful multiplier, significantly increasing the winning potential.

Final Verdict

Black Knight II is a worthy successor to its famous predecessor, surpassing it in every aspect. Improved graphics, engaging gameplay, and most importantly, powerful bonus features make this slot a must-play for all fans of medieval adventures and big wins. High volatility will appeal to those who seek thrills and are willing to risk for big prizes, while the 95.96% RTP provides good chances of retu s. The expanding and sticky wild symbols during free spins are the real highlight of the game, capable of bringing truly royal wins. If you love slots with a strong theme, excellent bonuses, and the potential for large payouts, Black Knight II is definitely worth your attention!
