Forge of Gems

Forge of Gems: Diamond Forge by Play'n GO – Slot Review

Get ready to embark on an exciting jou ey into the world of precious gems and incredible winnings with the Forge of Gems slot machine from Play'n GO. This uniquely styled slot offers players not only stunning graphics and engaging gameplay, but also many innovative features that can significantly increase their chances of a big win. Let's look at its features in more detail.

Mechanics and RTP

Forge of Gems uses the popular Gonzo mechanic, also known as Cascading Wins or Avalanche. This means that after each winning spin, the symbols involved in the combination disappear, and new ones fall into their place, creating the possibility of consecutive wins within a single spin. Each subsequent cascade increases the win multiplier, which can lead to impressive payouts.

The slot has a standard 5x3 grid, but thanks to the Symbol Split mechanic, the number of paylines can significantly increase. Some symbols can split into two, allowing for longer and more profitable combinations. The maximum number of paylines can reach 36,288.

The RTP (Retu to Player) in Forge of Gems varies. The base RTP range is 96.20%, which is a good indicator for mode slots. However, as with most Play'n GO games, casino providers may offer versions with lower RTP, so it's always recommended to check this metric before playing.

The slot's volatility is rated as high. This means that wins may not occur as frequently, but their size is usually significantly larger. This mechanic will appeal to players who prefer large but rare payouts.

Bonus Features

Forge of Gems is packed with bonus features that make the gameplay even more dynamic and potentially profitable:

• Wild Symbols: As in most slots, wild symbols substitute for all other symbols (except scatter) to form winning combinations.
• Scatter Symbols: The golden scatter symbol is the key to activating the free spins feature. Three or more scatters on the reels trigger the free spins round.
• Prize Line (Gem Forge): A special prize line is located above the main reels. Various modifiers can appear on it, such as:
  • Empty Positions: Have no effect.
  • Wild Symbols: Add a wild symbol to one of the reels below.
  • Multiplier Symbols: Increase the current win multiplier.
  • Split Symbols: Split all matching symbols on the reel below into two, increasing the number of paylines.
  • Symbol Swap: Transforms all symbols on the reel below into the same symbol to create larger wins.
• Free Spins: Free spins are triggered when 3, 4, or 5 scatters land. The number of free spins is determined on the Bonus Wheel, which is launched before the round begins. You can also win an initial multiplier on the wheel. During free spins, the multiplier does not reset between cascades, but only increases, which can lead to huge wins.
• Spin Wheel: This feature is activated before the free spins begin. On the wheel, you can win from 8 to 20 free spins, as well as an initial multiplier from x1 to x5.
