Tour of Duty Slot Review by Vermantia

Get ready for an exciting adventure in the world of military action with Vermantia's Tour of Duty slot machine! This slot will transport you to the battlefield, where every spin can bring you glory and untold riches. Developed by the renowned provider Vermantia, Tour of Duty offers players a unique combination of dynamic gameplay, impressive graphics, and generous bonus features.

Mechanics and RTP

Tour of Duty is a classic video slot with 5 reels and 3 rows, offering players many ways to win. The number of paylines is usually 20 or 25, but it's always worth checking this parameter in the rules of the specific game version, as Vermantia sometimes releases slots with adjustable lines. Bets range from minimal to quite high, making the slot appealing to both beginners and experienced players.

The RTP (Retu to Player) in Tour of Duty is typically in the range of 95-96%. This is an average indicator for mode slots, meaning players can expect fairly frequent, though not always large, payouts. The game's volatility is generally medium. This means that wins will occur with moderate regularity, combining both small and more significant prizes, which ensures balanced gameplay and keeps the player engaged.

Symbols:

• Low-paying symbols: Traditional card values from 9 to Ace, stylized with a military theme.
• High-paying symbols: Various military attributes — helmets, dog tags, binoculars, tanks, soldiers, commanders. These symbols bring larger wins.
• Wild symbol: Usually represented by a grenade image or the game logo. It substitutes for all other symbols except Scatter and bonus symbols to form winning combinations.
• Scatter symbol: Often depicted as a military map or emblem. Three or more such symbols on the reels usually activate bonus features or free spins.

Paylines: Winning combinations are formed by landing identical symbols on active paylines, starting from the leftmost reel.

Bonus Features

Tour of Duty stands out with its exciting bonus features that significantly increase the chances of big wins:

Bonus Game

The main highlight of the slot is the unique Bonus Game, which is usually activated by landing three or more Scatter symbols (e.g., "Bonus Mission" symbols) on the reels. This bonus game transports the player to a separate screen where they must complete a military task. This could be:

• Target selection: The player is offered to choose several objects (e.g., crates, buildings, or enemies) on the screen. Each choice reveals a cash prize or multiplier.
• Minefield clearance: The player selects cells on a minefield to find prizes and avoid mines that can end the bonus game.
• Target shooting: The player is given a certain number of shots at moving targets, each of which brings a cash prize.

The bonus game not only brings generous payouts but also adds interactivity and excitement to the gameplay, immersing the player in the atmosphere of a real military operation.

Free Spins

Although the description only mentions the "Bonus Game," many Vermantia slots with a military theme also include free spins rounds. If they are present in Tour of Duty, they are likely activated by landing a certain number of Scatter symbols (e.g., three or more). During free spins, additional multipliers or special expanding Wild symbols often apply, increasing the potential for wins.

Final Verdict

The Tour of Duty slot machine by Vermantia is an excellent choice for those looking for a dynamic and engaging slot with a military theme. Attractive graphics, exciting sound effects, and, of course, a generous Bonus Game make this slot truly memorable.

The average RTP and medium volatility provide balanced gameplay that will appeal to both beginners and experienced players. The opportunity to get big wins during the interactive bonus game is the main highlight of the slot and guarantees an adrenaline rush.

If you are ready for adventure and are not afraid to take risks on the battlefield, Tour of Duty is definitely worth a try. It offers not only the chance to win but also a lot of fun from a well-designed game.
